Formatting

- Capitalize every word of text headings. Example: "Order Of Play"
- Capitalize every word of table column headings. Example: "Task Roll"
Print version
Page count needs to be divisible by 4, minus one. For example 160 - 1 = 159 pages.
Use 7" x 10" color template, which may be as large as 7.25" x 10.25", or as small as 6.625" x 10" (6 5/8" x 10"). The standard trim size seems to be 6.625" x 10" (6 5/8" x 10").
