Formatting

Capitalization

• Capitalize every word of text headings. Example: "Order Of Play"
• Capitalize every word of table column headings. Example: "Task Roll"
• In body text, refer to the Glossary for which terms should be capitalized and which should not be capitalized.

Print version

Page count needs to be divisible by 4, minus one. For example 160 - 1 = 159 pages.

Use 7" x 10" color template, which may be as large as 7.25" x 10.25", or as small as 6.625" x 10" (6 5/8" x 10"). The standard trim size seems to be 6.625" x 10" (6 5/8" x 10").
